​Josep and Sara are church planters, working in eastern Spain in the city of Tarragona.  They have served under Baptist World Mission since May of 2006.

After serving alongside Sara's parents, Joaquin and Paqui Lopez (GFA) in Torredembarra, Josep and Sara answered the Lord's calling to relocate to Tarragona.  The year 2016 saw their new work get underway in earnest, and by 2017, Iglesia Bautista Bona Nova was a reality!

After many hours of labor, a former storefront has been transformed into a beautiful new meeting place for their church, and the funds for required soundproofing have been raised.  The church remains small in terms of congregation size, but Josep and Sara are faithful to the work, and confident of the Lord's blessings to come.
